Advertising & Affiliate Disclosure
GoCheckMyMortgage is free to use. We keep it that way through affiliate commissions on some of the outbound links you see, at no extra cost to you.
How it works
When your verdict suggests comparing refinance or HELOC options, those "compare options" buttons may be affiliate links. If you click one and later take an action on the partner's site, we may earn a commission. You pay nothing extra: the price is the same whether you arrive through us or directly.
What it does not change
- It never changes your verdict. The read you get is driven entirely by your numbers and the cancellation rules, not by who pays us. The math runs in your browser before any link is shown.
- It never changes which path we recommend. If your fastest exit is a free cancellation letter, that's what we tell you; there's no commission on that, and we say so anyway.
- We only ever link out. We don't take your application, negotiate terms, or collect your details to sell. We are not a party to anything you do on a partner's site.
Who we are not
GoCheckMyMortgage is an educational tool. We are not a lender, mortgage broker, or financial advisor, and nothing on this site is financial, legal, or tax advice. Value estimates are estimates; your servicer's own appraisal or BPO is the official number. See Terms.
This disclosure is provided in the spirit of the FTC's guidance on endorsements and is shown wherever affiliate links appear, including above the fold on the checker and on every verdict screen.
